When you send a direct message to a specific lawyer via their profile, the communication is End-to-End Confidential. Only the selected lawyer and authorized platform administrators (for safety monitoring) have access to these messages and your contact details.Please note that simply posting a question on our Public Forum does not establish an Attorney-Client relationship. Therefore, public posts are not protected by Attorney-Client privilege.
An Attorney-Client relationship is only formed when you officially engage a lawyer through a private consultation, pay their consultation fee (if applicable), and mutually agree to their specific terms of representation.
