  • Identity & Contact Data: Full name, email address, mobile number, and city/state of residence.
  • Case & Legal Data: Descriptions of your legal issues and documents uploaded during private consultations.
  • Technical Data: Device identifiers and push notification tokens (via OneSignal).

3. Mobile App Permissions

If you use the Anivicus Client or Lawyer Android Application, the app may request:

Storage & Camera Access

Required only when you actively choose to upload a legal document, Vakalatnama, or profile picture. We do not access your gallery in the background.

Push Notifications

Used strictly to alert you about case replies, appointment confirmations, or important legal updates.

4. Data Usage, Sharing & Security

Your data is strictly utilized for rendering the services you request. We do not sell or rent your personal data. We deploy robust SSL encryption and strict role-based access control for our administrative staff.

  • Public Legal Forum: Queries posted here display the Subject publicly. However, your Identity (Name, Phone, Email) is completely masked/hidden.
  • Private Consultations: Direct messages to specific lawyers are End-to-End Confidential.

5. Account Deletion & User Rights

  • Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data via your dashboard or by emailing our support team.
  • Right to Access & Correction: You can request a summary of your data or update inaccurate details.

2.1 User Responsibility: Users must not misuse the website for any illegal activities, fraudulent consultations, or uploading malicious content.

2.2 Intellectual Property: All content, including logos, designs, text, and source code, is owned strictly by Anivicus and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.

2.3 Limitation of Liability: Anivicus acts as a legal tech platform. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or advice received from independent lawyers on the platform.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Legal Jurisdiction

Governing Law: These terms are governed entirely by Indian laws and Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of the use of Anivicus services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

Grievance Redressal Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any privacy concerns or service discrepancies.
