Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Anivicus (VakilVani). This document constitutes our official Cancellation, Refund, and Digital Delivery Policy. By accessing our platform, purchasing a subscription, booking a legal consultation, or acquiring any digital resources (such as legal drafts, B2B services, or landmark judgments), you acknowledge and agree to the terms explicitly set forth in this policy. We adhere to stringent industry standards to ensure a fair and secure environment for all financial transactions.

1. Scope of Services & Digital Nature

Anivicus operates primarily as a Digital Legal Tech Portal and B2B Legal Operations service provider. Our deliverables include virtual consultations, digital subscriptions, SaaS-based legal tracking, and downloadable PDF judgments. We do not deal in the sale of physical goods. Therefore, policies regarding the physical return of damaged goods are not applicable to our business model.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation rules are strictly defined to protect the time of our legal experts and the integrity of our digital platform:

• Legal Consultations: You may cancel or reschedule a booked legal consultation without any penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be deemed a late cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
• B2B & Subscription Services: Users may cancel their ongoing monthly or annual subscription plans at any point through their dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations will not result in partial or pro-rated refunds.
• Right to Refusal: Anivicus reserves the right to cancel any requested service, consultation, or subscription due to a conflict of interest, unavailability of the expert, or violation of our Terms of Service. In such exceptional cases, a 100% refund will be issued to the client.

3. Refund Policy & Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are strictly evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You are eligible to claim a refund only under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Errors & Double Charges: If a technical glitch results in your credit card, debit card, or UPI account being charged twice for a single transaction, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed automatically upon verification.
• Non-Delivery of Service: If our legal expert fails to attend a confirmed, scheduled consultation without any prior intimation, the client is entitled to either a free rescheduling or a 100% refund.
• Pre-Commencement of Work: For B2B project retainers or drafting services, if a cancellation request is submitted before our legal team has officially commenced research or drafting work, a full refund may be issued minus standard payment gateway processing fees (approx. 2-3%).

4. Strictly Non-Refundable Items

To prevent the misuse of intellectual property and digital assets, the following services and products are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is complete:

• Digital Downloads & Library Access: Payments made for premium access to Landmark Judgments, legal drafts, templates, or PDF downloads are non-refundable once the access is granted or the file is downloaded.
• Completed Consultations: Once a virtual or telephonic legal consultation has been successfully conducted, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or the client's subjective satisfaction with the advice provided.
• Commenced Legal Drafts: B2B services where drafting, GST filing, or RWA registration processes have already been initiated by our team.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Execution Policy

As required by standard financial compliance for digital businesses, our delivery policy is as follows:

• Delivery Method: All services, subscriptions, and products are delivered digitally via email, virtual meeting links (Google Meet/Zoom), or directly through the user's dashboard on the Anivicus website.
• Delivery Timeline: Digital resources (PDFs/Judgments) are delivered instantly upon successful payment verification. Consultation links are sent via email immediately upon booking confirmation.
• Physical Shipping: Not Applicable. No physical shipments are dispatched from our end.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved by our billing department, the refund will be initiated immediately. Please note the following timelines:

• The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during the transaction.
• It generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
• We do not offer cash refunds or alternative destination transfers for security and anti-money laundering compliance.

7. Process for Raising a Dispute or Grievance
